Victoria Staiano, LMFT

“Everything can be taken from a man but the last of the human freedoms to choose one’s attitude in any given set of circumstances.” ~ Viktor Frankl

Clients I See
I see children, adolescents, adults, and families (Ages 3+)

Topics I Address

I enjoy working with all counseling topics; however, I particularly  have experience helping individuals and families through a myriad of counseling topics. I can help those experiencing life transitions, stress/anxiety, depression, relationship issues, premarital counseling, and family stress. I strive to meet each client where they are and help them on the path to where they would like to be.

My Thoughts about the Therapeutic Process

Therapy is an opportunity to explore the self and find hope and healing in the experiences, strengths, and imperfections that make each of us unique. It is common to feel stuck in systemic interactions passed down through generations that often lead to breaches of trust and relationships that feel imbalanced. This often leads to a manifestation of symptoms such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, anger, and helplessness. The therapeutic process is a chance to examine and repair these imbalances to return relationships and individuals to healthy and happy levels of functioning.

My Professional Experience

I have had the opportunity to work in a variety of therapeutic settings under the direction and guidance of some very talented clinicians. As a result, I have experience working with a variety of personal and mental health issues with clients from various races, religions, sexual orientations, and life experiences. My goal is to tailor my approach to each individual’s needs and goals.
