“I can’t change the direction of the wind, but I can adjust my sails to always reach my destination.” ~Jimmy Dean

Clients I see
I see children, adolescents, adults, couples and families (Ages 3+)

Topics I Address
Like all of the therapists here, I am trained in working with all counseling topics.  I especially enjoy working with those who are dealing with LGBTQIAA/Sexuality/Gender Identity issues as well as those with ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression, and sports related issues. I also work with parents to help them better understand and assist their children who are on the autistic spectrum. You can come to me with any of your concerns and together, we can create techniques for you that incorporate the mind, body, and spirit to help you feel empowered.

My Thoughts about the Therapeutic Process
I believe clients must be willing to dedicate themselves to the process for maximum satisfaction. At times, it will hurt.  It requires dedication and time. as well as the will power to make healthy decisions.  There will be temptations to overcome, but I promise you when you reach your goal, it will be worth it. There is no limit to what you can achieve when you believe in the process.

My Professional Experience
As a former professional athlete and collegiate coach I developed an understanding of how to work with children, adolescents, and adults.  Using the connection we cultivate, I can develop a plan to help you grow to where you would like to be. From personal to professional experience, what is evident to me is that the happiness of your life depends on the quality of your thoughts. Thought processes can be difficult to change, but with my help and your commitment, what you once thought as impossible will become “I’m Possible”.
