Clients I See
Children, adolescents, adults, couples and families (Ages 11+)

Topics I Address
I am trained to work with a variety of counseling topics through my education and professional experience. I enjoy working with clients who experience anxiety, depression, grief, stress management, relationship difficulties, chronic medical conditions, life transitions and self-esteem issues. I believe in meeting clients where they are at and working together to reach personal goals in a positive and peaceful setting.

My Thoughts about the Therapeutic Process
I believe that creating a safe place to process feelings, while building a trusting therapeutic relationship, allows healing and growth to happen. Each client is unique and I feel honored to join that journey to support you. I want to build on existing strengths to help reach personal goals. Together, we can address your barriers for positive change, or feeling “stuck”, and develop new ways to cope with these thoughts, feelings and/or problems. Therapy is a safe place to receive unconditional positive regard in order to move forward and better understand one’s self.

My Professional Experience
I have 15 years years of experience working in community mental health and out-patient therapy settings with individuals and families. I enjoy continuing my education and learning new skills to best help the needs of my clients. Each person experiences life differently and is presented with unique obstacles. I believe that with support and personal exploration, change can happen.
