“When we are no longer able to change a situation, we are challenged to change ourselves.” ~ Viktor Frankl
Topics I Address
My education and professional experience has prepared me to cover an extensive range of counseling topics. I am very experienced in helping people process stress, anxiety, relationship difficulty, life transitions, and feeling alone. I enjoy meeting someone and working through the problems in their life. My goal is to help you process whatever may be causing you stress and dissatisfaction in your life.
My Thoughts on the Therapeutic Process
My style of therapy is non-judgmental, laid-back, and mindful. It is my job to create a safe place to examine and understand of all your thoughts, behaviors, and relationships. We will work together to help lessen your negative symptoms and reach your goals simply by having meaningful conversations. Therapy takes patience and commitment to look at ourselves and work through difficult issues. The process of therapy is a partnership where you are the expert in the details of your life experience and I bring the knowledge needed to assist with the changes. Together we will work to make your life more meaningful and satisfying for you.
My Professional Experience
I have eight years of experience working with clients with a wide range of ages, dealing with a variety of different issues. I have used a holistic approach to empower my clients to make positive changes in their lives. I enjoy helping people gain clarity and insight through exploring their physical, emotional, spiritual, emotional, and cognitive health.
