We will work together to help lessen your negative symptoms and reach your goals simply by having meaningful conversations. Therapy takes patience and commitment to look at ourselves and work through difficult issues. The process of therapy is a partnership where you are the expert in the details of your life experience and I bring the knowledge needed to assist with the changes. I have used a holistic approach to empower my clients to make positive changes in their lives.
