“In order to experience change, we have to be the change.” ~ Mahatma Gandhi

Clients I See
I see adults, adolescents, couples, and families (Ages 14+)

Topics I Address
I have advanced training in the treatment of anxiety, depression, trauma, family therapy, and career challenges/transitions. In addition, my professional experience has afforded me the opportunity to be able to respond to numerous counseling topics. Every single person who I enter a therapy session with is unique and my response to their needs is tailored to best meet their goals. I look forward to partnering with you to find mindful solutions to challenges and desires you have in your life

My Thoughts about the Therapeutic Process
The decision to come to therapy represents a new time of change; when you recognize the disparity between what you are currently experiencing and what you would like to experience. Therapy provides an opportunity to respect oneself and one’s desire to gain self-awareness, insight and to create a new path towards greater self and life fulfillment. Engagement in regular therapy sessions respects and honors you and your desire to initiate, maintain, and celebrate desired changes in life.

My Professional Experience
I have been privileged to work alongside people of all ages, races, and beliefs, which has offered me the advantage of a wide perspective on life.  One of my main goals is to help you integrate the solutions we discover in session into your daily life. I have dedicated my professional life to gaining the skills to partner with you, so you can feel excited and encouraged to consider your life and all its purposes with confidence with renewed happiness.
