My Thoughts about the Therapeutic Process
Counseling is a very personal and private decision and I promise to do my best to make your experience comfortable and beneficial. My approach to problem solving is gentle, non-judgmental and collaborative. By using an approach that combines the cognitive behavioral, humanistic, existential and mindfulness therapies, I encourage the use of the arts and may assign homework to aid in your goals. The healing process involves work and patience that will lead to permanent changes.
