“Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom.”― Viktor E. Frankl

Clients I See I see  adolescents, adults, and families (Ages 14+)

Topics I Address My education and professional experience has prepared me to cover an extensive range of counseling topics. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults as clients. I use my strong background in cognitive-behavioral concepts in order to work clients through a wide-range of concerns such as anxiety, stress, panic and depression.

My Thoughts on the Therapeutic Process I  aim  to provide an environment where individuals can feel understood, accepted and confident that common goals will lead to success. I use the therapeutic relationship and a variety of techniques to promote growth, success, and fulfillment in clients’ lives.

My Professional Experience I have been working in mental health since 2013. I began my career working with individuals in outpatient settings, residential settings, schools and home-based settings. I work with clients of all ages and developmental levels—including clients with anxiety, depression, and adjustment issues; clients with stress-management concerns, career concerns and planning and clients working through family-related difficulties . Settings include in-home, family-based services, community mental health facilities, and private/ group practices.
