“Very warm atmosphere and friendly service staff. The lady that I spoke with took the time to help me understand my benefits and what was not covered. The therapist was extremely pleasant and thoughtful with her responses. At this point I have only been there six or seven times, but overall they have been extremely helpful.“

“Lindsay MacGeorge is an excellent family, child, and adult therapist. She provides individualized advice, strategies, and care tailored to each client’s situation, age, preferences, comfort level, and needs in a non-judgmental way to help you navigate and cope with life. Scheduling is flexible for daytime visits. Counseling at Heritage’s website has therapist profiles which are helpful in selecting a therapist who best fits your needs. Please note, don’t call at the top of the hour because they are busy checking-in clients. The administrative assistants were helpful in finding appointment times and explaining insurance coverage and billing. The offices are discreet, welcoming, private, and immaculate. Heritage has excellent, welcoming child-play therapy rooms and waiting areas. They were recommended by my pediatrician who had only heard positive feedback from their referred clients.”
“I decided on CCH especially after my pediatrician spoke so highly of them. Needless to say I was a bit nervous about finding the “right” therapist as I went to therapy as a child and it took a couple of try’s to find the therapist that was perfect for me, whom to this day I have fond memories of. When I called CCH, the receptionist was extremely helpful and very nice. She was very detailed in her explanation of the how everything worked and when I had additional questions, she put me in touch with the office manager right away. The office manager was very knowledgeable; he was able to answer all of my questions and scheduled an appointment with the therapist that seemed to best fit my child’s needs along with my schedule. On my first visit, my husband and I met with the therapist who listened to our concerns, asked a few follow up questions, and then explained the therapeutic process/ approach that she would be taking along with things that we could do at home to help our child. Our child absolutely loves “special play time” and eagerly looks forward to it each week. The center itself is very modern and attractively furnished. They even have a separate family waiting room complete with magazines for the children as well as the adults. Overall the ambiance is very relaxing! They really went the extra mile to help put me at ease throughout this entire process. We have been attending for a few months now and my child is back to being fun loving and has really adjusted to school/classmates. If you are considering or looking for a place to take your child for therapy I strongly recommend checking out CCH, they are by far a class act!“
